I am a clinical psychologist and registered
yoga teacher.

I obtained Masters and Doctoral degrees in clinical psychology – as well as a Masters degree in business administration – from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. I am licensed in the states of Ohio and Kentucky. Psychologists are among the most highly trained mental health professionals.I, myself, have received six years of graduate level training, completing a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), receiving my training at Shine Yoga Center.

I am well trained in high quality, effective therapy interventions supported by research. Yet, I have also learned, through my education and professional training – but also, much more profoundly, in my personal life – the transformation that can occur by tapping into the power of the physical body and the quieting of the mind.

Learning such lessons caused a significant shift in my relationship with myself, my body, and others. And it also led
to big changes in my professional life, most meaningfully, giving rise to this clinical psychology practice.

My journey inspired me to share this work with you. I relish
the opportunity to empower you to implement these approaches, and to become your partner in facilitating profound change,
in your own life.
