Many of the things we do inadvertently result in us creating our own unhappiness, with us getting in our own way.
So many of the patterns that leave us feeling stuck are easy to normalize. We push through stress, live disconnected from ourselves, stay trapped in self-doubt or perfectionism, and neglect the very habits and forms of care that would help us feel better. Over time, life can begin to feel smaller than it should.
Root to Flourish was created to help women better understand those patterns and begin changing them. My work brings together emotional insight, practical tools, and a whole-person perspective so that you can create meaningful change in how you feel, live, and care for yourself.
Because I very much want to offer support and guidance to as many people as possible, my offerings include therapy and coaching, as well as workshops and groups, mini-challenges, and a monthly newsletter.

Therapy
Therapy offers support when anxiety, stress, overwhelm, obsessive or perfectionistic patterns, and emotional suffering are interfering with your well-being. It is a space to better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and create deeper change in the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
Extra Support
Beginning during COVID, when so many people were in distress and there was only one of me, I began creating resources to provide support and guidance to those I couldn’t work with directly. From my self-paced Masterclass on anxiety, to five-day challenges, to my podcast interviews, these free resources are available to anyone.

Coaching is often the best place to begin when you are ready to move forward, create change, and build a healthier, more intentional life. Unlike therapy, it is not focused on diagnosis or treating psychological disorders. It is growth-oriented, action-oriented work designed to help you move from insight to action, and from intention to follow-through.
